Every line below, including the required compliance work, is priced individually so scope can flex in either direction.

- A 50% deposit is due to begin work, with the balance due at launch.
- Feature bundles may be added, removed, or substituted before work begins without affecting the required items.
- Ongoing support is provided under an initial 3-year term at $2,000/year for Year 1, with the annual fee subject to an increase of up to 5% in Years 2 and 3.
- This term is subject to annual appropriation by the Town's governing board, consistent with standard municipal budgeting practice.
